Find Your Feet and Free Your Mind

I stopped owning a car in 2003. Do the math. I’m just fine having adapted to a whole new life on foot. Walking is so efficient, one is astounded at how the whole world changes from the perspective of a free, liberated Human being walking, talking and living above ground breathing real air. Once you also remove the screen and look into the three-dimensional continuum before your eyes and open your ears to the mockingbird and the sparrows, perhaps you, too will become part of the eternal song. Inside each and every one of us, there is a connection to the eternal divine nature. To regain access to this treasure, we must divest from petroleum’s stranglehold on our collective psyche.

As a species, we have amazing powers especially when we come together. Where I am, there is a Riverside where we shall all gather by and by to share this new way to approach life. When we walk, we assert our own terms and affirm our sovereignty. Once we step out of the car, we can interact with each other without the limitations and restrictions imposed by the absurdity of burning fossils and serving large metallic jails that box us in and separate us from our Creator. When we stop paying attention to corporate propaganda, we regain control of our own lives and become capable again of original thought. When we meet face to face, we will begin to see eye to eye and these wars could eventually end. Who knew?

Liberation begins at the feet and ends in the mind. Those in “power” use mass media to coerce us into doing everything on their terms. They flaunt their presumptuous wealth and material power to subjugate us to their technology and their system of “supply and demand” which makes no real sense. They pit us against each other and cause us to live in fear, suspicion, ignorance and doubt. That’s how they get their power and profit from the complacency of the unwary. Through their contrivances, the whole world is under a “spell” to keep feeding the Beast. The dependence upon cars and televisions is all in the mind. We don’t need either one. We need each other!

As the song says, “We are spirits in the material world” and it’s pretty silly to put ourselves into a system that removes our liberty and sovereignty by creating artificial scarcity and hyper-dependence upon fossil-based lifestyles. With some help from above, I was freed from their trap. Find your feet and you too will be liberated. Find a friend in Jesus and walk as He walked. Wake up to walking, Brothers and Sisters! Meet me down by the riverside.
